    Hope this wasn't a mistake. Bolton is firmly in the relegation zone. He needs to get significant minutes if he's going to make the World Cup roster.

    I told him I didn't agree w/ the trial and the move but I wish him the best as always there. I just didnt feel it was the right time but hopefully he makes enough of an impact to still stay on Bobs radar for SA.

    I think the timing is right, just not the location. Why Bolton? Just because of the manager? Wasn't Blackburn (not in danger of relegation) offering a contract w/o the need for a trial? I wish him the best, but he's going to have to play significant minutes for Bolton or he's going to be watching the WC from home. He's too much on the bubble to sit on the bench for a bad team and still make the roster.

    I hear you man, I just think the timing is wrong but he was in a tricky spot w/regards to re-signing with MLS.
