Come on - don't be deliberately obtuse. It has a direct link in the minds of millions to the murder of over 6 million people. That makes it offensive.

Would you wear a shirt celebrating Charles Manson near the families of any of his victims?

    Exactly.

Che was a communist murderer, plain and simple.

    What?

    You twist words much?

The context of the message replied to, was that the Che image is easily more offensive because it doesn't even try to change the imagery at all.

The Che shirt glorifies a definite diabolical figure.

These Hoelzer shirts are easily offensive.. but they are playing on ignorance, and at least replacing the SS and swastika symbols with a company logo.

    I wouldn't wear either.

The saddest part of both "lines" of fashion is that the youth of the world (namely the States) do not understand the monstrous things and time periods the images actually represent.

Many people around the world see Che as a freedom fighter. I think his intentions were noble. He gave up a wealthy life and risked everything to bring economic equality to the poor and he ended up paying for it with his life.

What revisionist history class? I learned about Che on my own. He came from a wealthy family and gave up his life as a future doctor in order to join a revolution. He had asthma and no military training, yet he some how survived the initial landing in Cuba where approximately 80% of the original 82 revolutionaries died and he eventually became a Commander in the movement. How is that not remarkable in its own right? He is respected by many in Cuba, much more than Fidel ever will be. It is debatable whether Che was a positive or negative influence. There is nothing to debate when it comes to Nazis.

I personally do not link the word 'reich' to that, nor do I find it offensive. It's a German word period. Third Reich sure, but not the word reich itself. Holy Roman Empire and German unification by Otto von Bismark are reichs too you know.

Ziggy you are an ignorant piece of crap for what you said.

No one that died in those attacks did anything do deserve it.

Which you imply they did because their members of an American society that can be materialistic?

I think its funny how minorities think its ok to put down white people, but than squeak when the shoe is on the other foot.

And that people that acknowledge a pride in America find in ok to say things like that in the same vein.
