Its about crimes against the Rockets, not Maxwell not paying some golddigger some cash.

....if they are his kids it doesn't really matter if she's a gold digger or not does it? I'm assuming your just joking around and not actually defending a dude who doesn't take care of his kids. Maxwell in general is a pretty despicable character...

    Maxwell's incident:

Residents of the area near the intersection of Rosedale and Chenevert, just south of downtown, told police Maxwell was in one of several expensive vehicles that gathered at the intersection early Monday morning.

    Carl's incident:
    http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/6316071.html
Landry made a partial U-turn near Palmer Street and the Honda also turned around and again struck Landry's SUV, causing it to hit a wooden utility pole and stop, the officers said.

Roughly in the same area!

That was a crime, even though those idiots don't think it was. I'm sure that was a pretty good reason why Yao moved from that neighborhood.

Those guys were very lucky it was Yao too. Anyone else wouldn't have been so nice.

...hadn't noticed but I normally get to the threads when they are already ten pages deep so it's much harder to tell. I can see how that would be frustrating though.

...I would except for it would likely end in an "AB vs Lowry" debate ;-)

wth was elie doing driving with the top down in a nice mercedes at 2 in the morning? and did he have his stereo booming too?

that's just poor judgement on his part. in any major city that is a no no.

Wow, I've only been to Houston once when I was a child and ever since then never wanted to visit due to the stories I hear. I come from NY, but it isn't bad as I hear of Houston.

no one follows you around, I just tend to heap trash in garbage threads. it's just natural like Maxwell and crime.

you got that report on Horry's paternity suit?

I started this thread, you followed me like the rats follow the Piper.
Notice, you never really start any threads worthy of reading.

Grew up in a pretty crappy area in Houston and I'd say crime in Houston is pretty much the same as any other large urban area. Some areas are worse than others of course. Me and the wife head down there anywhere between 7-10 times a year and have never had a problem, just a matter of being safe and always be aware of your surroundings

Did anyone mention Mad Max waving his 9mm at some blue hairs in the Luby's parking lot.

    crimes against the Rockets..

but this is great example of crime prevention by a Rocket. Nobody at Luby's was going to ram their honda civic into Max's car or try to rob him.
