This whole video makes me wonder about Bill Worrell and what he thought about Clyde joining his broadcast team.
Could be superficially, Clyde's balding stache appearance wasnt as "marketable appeal". His nickname & dunks were cool, but he was like a 60's/70's guy in the wrong era. Like, Clyde was twice the player Reggie Miller is. But Reggie had a brash identity where he's remembered more even in small market Indiana. Clyde got cooler after becoming a broadcaster.
