    In Oil and Gas try Business Development for an operating company (pipeline, refining, midstream gathering and processing); lots of large scale, long term valuation for pipeline expansion projects tied to commodity pricing and fixed asset costs. That could conceivably be the client side of a non-IT consulting engagement. You should also be able to get in as a Risk/Product Control analyst in direct support of Trading.
