I think the Wizards would jump at trading Hinrich for Lowry. They reportedly brought in Hinrich to mentor Wall and provide a steady alternative. But Lowry is a much smaller contract, and while he can't be a mentor, he would be a great complement to Wall. But as others have pointed out, I'm not sure Lowry would want to go to Washington and be the backup PG.
