Not a lot of people had a problem saying that Muslims were terrorists.

Well, between your grammar mistakes (and that is meant to be plural) and texx's demanding proof for my own subjective judgement I am forced to wonder about the common bond - Rice University. So, Rice is stupid and produces stupid people because it is run and taught by stupid people. Damn, you just made me insult my own father, bob. For shame!

Making the link between our disparate sets of errors leads me back to what I've always heard about the intellectual merits of art history programs. Hate to insult you this harshly, but you are obviously worthy of a Rice degree. A masochistic idiot who finds grammar mistakes annoying yet visits a BBS. Fragments incoming.

I can think of some additional reasons, based on genetic evidence displayed by his offspring. But since sons typically have much more genetic material from their mothers, he may escape a large part of the blame.

Thanks, SJC, but I am actually an equal opportunity maker of mistakes, be them spelt or grammered.

    Drat you, rimbaud!

I was actually talking about grammar mistakes that I had seen in this thread...but, yes, I lumped the spelling mistake from the other thread in with grammar as well.

And, seriously, for you to call this a pissing match is so German. I was looking at some 16th century clocks from your country today and it made me think of you. They all had these crazy numbers and equations etched into the gold/bronze/silver, usually in radiating bars and fully in-line with the decorative motif and just simply insane. To you guys, that is pretty (they actually were amazingly beautiful and impressive).

    bob,

    You talkin' about my momma?

Rimbo, what you are failing to consider is that I also went to Rice. This doesn't square with your little hypothesis. Clearly, Rice sent a highly intelligent, articulate, *deep* human being with ravishing good looks and intense sexual appeal into the world after I received my diploma (with high distinction) and walked through the Sallyport (I actually strutted, but that may be beside the point).

So gnaw on that for a while, you big idoit.

You graduated several years ago, right? Not too surprising that at some point after that, someone intelligent and articulate came out of the school. Perhaps after admitting you, they changed their admissions strategy. :)

I have one of those at home. I prepared a little shrine around it so that I never forget to give it my full attention while I eat sour kraut wearing my leather pants.

Well, I'm given little choice when I think about you scientifically. I'm sorry it's come to this. To blunt this a little bit, please understand that I'm not attacking her reputation, her weight, or sexual conduct (as most momma insults do). But since you are over 80% expressing her gene pool, I must question that pool, yes.

Jimmy Kimmel got an Indian gas station owner to reply to Hillary:

Stereotypes should not be acceptable. A fat legged lesbian like Mrs. Clinton should understand that.

Say that in an Indian accent :D

    bob,

Is it really over 80%? That is surprising because I really am much more like my father in attitude, mannerisms. As far as emotional personality goes, I am actually fairly well split between the two, but I always take my father's side because my mother and sister are near identical there.

    SJC,

You forgot to mention the Kraftwerk playing in the background.

    Mannerisms, attitudes? Nature or nurture.

I hear you, but the fact of the matter is that the Y chromosome (from your father) is much smaller and less full of information than the X (from your momma). If you have a sister, she has an X from both, so she is more of a 50/50 split of your parents.

What is information? It's just genes that code for *something*, so maybe the interior texture of your arteries is very much like your mom's, for instance. And maybe you type nasty comments like your mother would do if she was on a BBS.

Here's an article from the Mercury News, a newspaper I generally trust for their science reporting.

Here's a good article from Scientific American written in part by Karin Jegalian, and she definitely knows her shizznit on this topic.

I prefer, Bach, Mozart, Händel, Haydn or Beethoven (who, by the way, was born in the same town as I was).
