I apologize to all Hillary supporters for starting this thread. The Clinton campaign has clarified this whole situation. We have learned that this is not indeed a "whopper", but rather a benign case of "misspeech". It is now perfectly clear that Clinton is not capable of telling an untruth, only misspeaking. Poor Senator Clinton was just showing signs of fatigue on the campaign trail.
LOL at the poster who implied that somehow Fox was favoring Hillary to Obama even after their pundits have trashed Hillary for years. I guess it was when that Foxnews analyst said Hillary sends a chill of joy up his leg. Oh wait. That was On MSNBC, the fair and balanced (read as liberal is the only right way) network. Oh, and it was about Obama. By the way, someone link me to the article about McCain's spiritual adviser please so I can further entrench my theory that McCain is a snake.
In typical Clinton fashion. What does "is" mean? A lie is a "misspeech." The idea of 4-8 more years of this makes me sick. We can do better than this. No one is perfect, but we can do better than this.
I don't think the Clinton's realize they are lying all the time when they lie. They are pathological liars. I think if you asked Hillary her shoe size she might lie just because it popped into her head. That's the only way I can explain why people lie about things that can be proven without any effort. It's one thing to lie about your sex life, but when people lie about things that are readily available, I have to think they have a disorder. I have a family member who is notorious for this. She can be telling a simple story and she'll lie about facts in it that make the story more appealing AND facts that are inconsequential. She might lie about the car she was driving when we all know what car it was. That is how the Clintons are to me. They just lie. They can't help it anymore because they've been lying for so long it's just part of their natural speech patter.
But it appears that she has exaggerated her role in foreign policy matters as well. What foreign policy did she create or mediate over? Obama has gone to Africa and is well traveled as well. Shouldn't that count as foreign policy experience as well?
she also said she helped free the p.o.w's from kolsovo.....she lied about that too...I caught that weeks ago! She has been saying these things at all her campagin stops.

Nice little dodge? Has Hillary lost her mind? I admit to not liking her before the campaign started, but her digging up Wright to push her bold lie to the back-burner blows my mind! This is despicable even by her standards. Will a Hillary supporter explain this one away for me? Please? First the lie, then this very obvious and unconscionable deflection. Someone tell me how a person cannot think the absolute worst about her. Hillary's negative campaign has been 95% toxic sewage for several weeks. Her whole strategy of trying to drag Obama down has done more to diminish her than the "vast right-wing conspiracy" ever did. If Dem party leaders don't show some courage and slam her over this then they are a bunch weakfish. Under these exact same circumstances, if any candidate other than Hillary had resorted to dumping this amount of radioactive waste late into the Dem primary, there would be an explosion of outrage. Just imagine if Jon Edwards or Joe Biden were doing this to Hillary or Obama (or one to the other) so late in the campaign with a 5% (per David Brooks) chance of winning. I think fear of retribution is the reason. Seriously, somebody reply to me. I know most Dems here like Obama and I don't want your opinion. I want someone who likes Hillary to explain how this isn't way over-the-top selfishness. From my independent standpoint, Hillary has machine-gunned herself into swiss cheese with these latest statements. How can one be any less "presidential" than this? Someone needs to play her a tape of Bill blasting the "politics of personal destruction", which I guess is wrong for everyone else but not her.
Why did fox news and cnn bury this story when everybody else jumped on it?She didn't just misspeak she has been saying this at almost every campaign stop....Yesterday she said she only said it once,it's ashame how some people have the media in their hands.
