I love how Dennis goes OUT OF HIS WAY to not only say he's gonna **** that guys wife. He specifically says, his BLACK wife. 'I'm going to **** his BLACK wife" - that's funny, man.

It's always fun to see folks you haven't seen in a while. I've still got a ton of HS friends, but its the acquantances that are fun to catch up with. I caight up with over a dozen folks that I haven't seen in years. Even talked to a few of them about doing a happy hour every half year for those of us who are in town. The nice part about having it this weekend was to see other folks coming in from out of town.

Biggest one we did was this past summer, which was the blowout at a house we all grew up in since kids. It was finally sold and is a tear down, but we had folks fly in from all over the country for that.

I think it's a Bellaire thing. I've always known so many folks from my HS. Hell, the guy who set up the Etro thing came over to help tear out the sheetrock when my mom's house flooded during Harvey. Even left me his wheelbarrow, and I hadn't seen him in years.

Another guy I saw there. He and I had the exact same green & white striped shirt in HS, and we always seemed to wear it on the same day, so it's always been a running joke between us two. He's now a Personal Trainer and I'm trying to set something up with him prior to my 50th.

Another guy I met there when I first got to Bellaire my sophomore year and we were big into going to I&I and running RC cars around that track, so that was a blast from the past.

Then a girl I briefly dated came over and we talked for a few minutes.

I brought a girl in case I was bored and she had fun with the girls I knew from there. Always fun to talk about exes from HS, especially 30 years later when nobody has feelings anymore.

All in all, I spent $150 and got to see some folks I hadn't seen in a while. I always find that fun.

Oh, and I found out the brunch the next day sucked, so I went out with my regulars to Moxie afterwards.
