If he was there he's at least an accomplice and can be tried for conspiracy to commit murder, if not full blown murder (I believe).
your honor, i'd like to present exhibit E : Bullsh!t conjecture from a random kid on a basketball internet forum. I bet that will be a homerun for the prosecutors
I was gonna go to that school in 2002, but my bro (who is only a year older than me) convinced my dad it was too bad for us. We ended up going to Bellaire High School. I made fun of my bro because I thought he was scared, but mostly because I wanted to stick with my BMS friends. I'm glad we ended up going to Bellaire. We lived in a nice high rise close to the Galleria, just two high schoolers.
It wasn't his younger sister, so there is a good chance he didn't stab the guy. He could have just been the driver. Accomplice to murder is still very bad. He is 17, right? That sucks, he will be tried as an adult in the state of Texas.
It sucks worse for the victim and his family. I don't feel sorry for JD's friend, I know these dudes are young, but you should know the difference between right and wrong. Being an accomplice to murder is not a simple mistake, its not like you ran a red light or shop lifted. you helped some go forward in a murder. I hope you find better friends JD in the future.
It seems to me that they picked the kid up knowing that they were going to kill him. (Just from what I've read, obviously that's all I can go by) Your friend was involved and may have known that a murder was going to happen. If that was the case, he deserves every raping he get in the clink
I actually started a thread about this not too long ago. I guess this is exhibit A of why you gotta make sure your friend is a-ok with everything before you start boning his sister.
And it doesn't help that the girl was 14 and the guy was 17. Of course the guy should have a problem with it.
Man, when I was in high school, Westfield was known for only one thing: Their marching band. They used to kick our ass at contest every year. I guess things have really changed....
Most brothers that have a 14 year old sister would have a problem if their 17 year old friend or any 17 year old was dating her.
Proof that video games can lead to real-life violence. I only play sports games now for this very reason. I don't want my little nephew emulating the stuff they see in those trashy games.
