Or you could just speak English, that way no one will have to check with anybody.

Some questions...what did it gain him to do that? And if he ever thought about playing at the next level, do you think that helped him or hurt him? Real talk, playa...

it gained him a segment on ESPN...maybe he was just a role player, I doubt a star player would do that...It hurt him as far as "doing what he loved" but it wont kill him..He can go to San Jac and get a scholarship later at a D-1 university later...real talk mane..

He is a HS senior. There is literally 0 chance he will play HS ball again and after that fiasco, I'll put a bet he never sniffs the court in college and thus he is done. At 6'5 and a varsity player he might've been good enough to get some small college interested or get him into school, but I've looked him and he wasn't good enough where people would pull strings for him. So as I said before, his career is done, idiot. Hope it was worth it.

Speaking of it was worth it to defend your pride, or perhaps your insecurities disguised, lets here ron artest point of view for not 'takin shiz'

    http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/70622/20101216/artest_still_regrets_letting_pacers_down/

That said, I agree it was the fans who started that clearly and even ben wallace since ron artest tried backing away from him, but he is the one madae the decision, lost millions, and most importantly he knows personally he lost respect for himself after all the clouds cleared up

Right, a segment highlighting how stupid he was, not of his actual play. So it didn't benefit him at all, right? And if he was borderline at going to he next level, that probably killed that possibility. I've known folks that did dumb stuff like that. Trust, they didn't come back from it. The only way you even possibly could is by having all world talent, and that's still KO guarantee. No way around it...it was stupid and it will hurt his bball future.

do you also look upto that teen mom girl, amber, who gained magazine covers notoriety by abuse of her boyfriend and neglect of her child. Would your justification be, 'yall just haterz and reading up on the hur' or something like that, thats what oyur mindset seems to be about, not about any character, integrity, or negative exposure, its just an insecurity and necessity for attention itself in anyway shape or form. Its kind of annoying to think that you might have a kid some day and pass this **** on

What he did had nothing to do with that, it was him recovering and other things that got him there. the act in question, along with the notion in this entire thread is the specific actions of responding in anger and insecurities and what that has bought people. in that case, he lost self respect which is more important and valuable than any one else's respect which he lost too. He lost about 6+ million not including marketing, he lost an opportunity to contend for a title for that team as well. So yea, he definitely lost a good amount and opportunity cost is ridiculous. And to think that many nba players go bankrupt despite there millions(60 percent), that could be crucial. I actually no an accountant who works for several players and he told me how absurd there spending is, but thats a different story.

And as for the teen amber, she is someone like yourself, who has low character, anger, insecurity issues, and needs attention and so she might be somewhat famous and on a magazine article which you guys would probably love and call everyone as 'hataz' or whatever you can come up with, but the way she did it and let herself loose, there are some that its just not worth it, clearly you are more on her side. You said what does that have to do with basketball, but this thread about a basketball player, but not about basketball, and it has switched over to values, character, and decision making which is why it was relevant to connect the examples.

But yea the guy summed up pretty well, you are a sad attention w****. You will probably end up in jail because someone stepped on your shoes or looked at you funny and you felt disrespected and felt they deserved a whooping. So while you are in the slammer taking one in the shower you can remember your pride and how you really showed the person who looked at you funny and they deserved it. Far fetched, but I've actually read about some stories like this whose logic and remorse closely resembles your very own logic. Good luck with that.
