This past month or so it seems like I've encountered this a lot more. It has happened like 5 or 6 times recently. I am not sure what is going on but it's kinda freaky. It's like people just got dumber.
just flash your lights at them and 9 times out of 10 the other driver will turn their beams down and sometimes some people's car lights point up a bit, making it seem like they are high beams but they really aren't. So that may have been what happened here.
