intense. Spoiler I'm begging you writers...don't kill off mohinder. I knew nathan would sell out. crazy stuff about the grandmother, I thought she was just an evil b**** basically. hrg is screwed too.
what a cliffhanger! i need my heroes fix.. can't wait til april 23. Spoiler does linderman has a power too?
Man that scream from peter is going to haunt me. This is the encounter most of us have been waiting for and damn sylar if he gets peter's powers. I'm hooked!
I don't think it matters too much if Sylar gets Peter's powers- he already gets other people's powers in his own way... something tells me he wouldn't stop killing other heroes anyway. What would be interesting would be if he could also get the powers that Peter had absorbed- although I don't think this is how Sylar's power works- he'd most likely only be able to see how Peter's power functioned. Maybe Sylar "kills" Peter and leaves him for dead, but Peter regenerates using Claire's power. Doesn't really explain why Peter will have a scar in the future (remember his meeting with Hiro on the train)- shouldn't having Claire's power prevent this? Or maybe it's another hero's power Peter uses to escape Sylar.... who else has he encountered with a power that would help? hmm.. or maybe it's a power from somebody he's already met but whose power hasn't been revealed yet.... overall, a pretty good ep, but I think last week's was a little better. I'm really interested to see what happens to Bennet though.
What a cliffhanger! And we have to wait until April to see what happens! Noooo!! (Claire looks much better with brunette hair.)
i really wished they would somehow fade out the schizo-mom and family storyline. really doesn't really move the main story forward any. i thought the plotline was forced into the nathan/linderman storyline tonight. i think peter can freeze time right? so he could do that before sylar devours his brain. or he can always use telekinesis to throw sylar off.
Another great episode. And, we got the answer to who 'the other person in Claire's life" was. If it was lost, it would have been at least 10 episodes.
Maybe Nathan selling out isn't a bad thing. Linderman might not necessarily be evil. I see him as more of a Magneto-type of character. He does after all want to out a mutant - Nathan - in charge of the country. Sylar on the other hand IS pure evil. I also think that Peter is going to whip his ass when the fight resumes. Notice the preview where Sylar - kinda pissed - says "this is usually where people start screaming." Peter probably got his sense back and is ready to fight. Peter also should be able to absorb all of Sylar's powers. Peter is by far the scariest, strongest of the mutants. His issue is controlling his power, and down the road proably resisting the temptation to turn to the dark side. There might be a couple of factions at work here - Linderman's AND HRG's company. Maybe the Petrellli matriarch runs another one. I kinda think she is in cahoots with Linderman. Maybe former lovers? They're about the same age...
When i saw the lock of hair fall, I was thinking tht the writers probably read a lot of fan responses online and they are listening hehehe. Let's just hope they don't try to satisfy everyone. The minute I saw simone walk throught he door, the first thought in my head was SHAPESHIFTER!!! But the girl also made the background change too so maybe not shapeshifter??
Spoiler Wasn't it posted a few days ago here that Simone probably has the power to come back to life? If that is the case, Peter would have absorbed it thus him coming back after Sylar kills him. Wasn't it Peter who Isaac pained dead towards the end of the episode? Anyway, just a guess.
I've watched it a few times and I swear the guy has a goatee or beard. The only person I can think of who has either is Linderman.
That's what I thought, too. Also, whoever posted that Simone has the power to come back to life, that was just a theory. Now, that the most recent episode has shown the reason for "her" standing there, we know that she's dead.
