Spoiler NOOOOOOOO! I can't stand Simone! Such a dull character! Booo! (for the record, it wasn't hard to figure out her power if you pause the preview for next week's show- it shows her standing there, covered in blood, and in the background, she's laying there, dead.) Cool that Malcom McDowell is Linderman. This show is well cast. That made me laugh.
Spoiler So if this is the case then we can now assume that Peter will now have this Phoenix type power. Of course he already has Claire's healing powers, but Phoenix powers are a nice back up.
Man is the season finale already next week? Man there is still so much to answer. So many plotlines. This show could go on for seasons!!
Ok, what an awesome f'n episode, best of the year...I can't believe Simone is coming back, but she is hot...I loved how they told the story of where HRG came from and where he is now...His relationship with the invisible guy and how he killed him was great...Matt will be his partner, cool...Well, we know Ted is in primatech, but will probably escape as Sylar has to fulfill his destiny...I loved Eric Roberts character and can't wait for next week... I do believe Hiro's dad knows he has powers..A couple of eps back, he kept on referrring to Hiro not to fulfill his destiny...He wants to protect his son as HRG wanted to protect Claire...Not sure what's next for Claire as she and the Haitian are on the run...What happened to Hanah? Was she the girl in primatech at the end?
There are still 6 more episodes. Next week is just the last episode of this section. The show will go on hiatus for 5 weeks (like it did in December/January) then have a five week "Final Chapter" to the season.
Hanna was not the girl at the end. I thought it was odd that they didn't really show her, but my guess is there is a reason behind it. As for Claire, I also agree with the person that said earlier that she will now most likely focus on finding her Dad. She could have some clues to go on with the limo, and her eavesdropping.
are they really bringing simone back? that is ridiculously lame. nothing against the actress, but the character was extremely weak. maybe the phoenix version will actually have a personality other than 'i love peter.' it would be hilarious if the first scene back was her going back to isaac and handing him the key saying 'i don't think i should have this' like she did the last 2 episodes she was in.
Thanks for casting news! Always been a fan of his Spoiler Ugh, why did they have to bring back simone??
1st... a question... how do yall do the spoiler button to hide sections of your posts? Second... I really loved this weeks episode. Matt is my favorite character... the "everyman" on the edge. HRG is my second favorite character... I loved seeing the progression from him being all about the business to being all about family. I seriously love this show.
Spoiler I dunno. It seems to me there are two phases to Peter's power. 1) The learning phase where he's near the person and pretty much automatically does what they do and 2) When he's away from the person and has voluntary control over the power. I kind of get the feeling that when Peter has control of his powers, he kind of has to choose to use the power. I don't think it's automatic like Claire or now Simone. When he got thrown off the roof and landed on the cab, he said he thought of the way Claire made him feel and he started to use her power. It made it seem that if he hadn't done that, he might not have just healed himself automatically. If he died, I'm not so sure he could choose to use the Phoenix power to be reborn. Hmmmm, maybe if he thinks of the way Simone makes him feel right before he dies.
Well, I'm not sure about that...Although I will say Monday's ep was the best so far...To me, you'd have to compare season 1 vs season 1...
