What got me was that, like you said, they stopped the bomb and changed the future. So, how the hell does Isaac's paintings predicting the company members being killed off (inclusing HRG being shot in the eye) still pertain?
I have no idea. Good point. Maybe he painted those paintings after some point where the heroes had already altered the future (an event that led Nathan to ultimately decide to fly Peter away). I agree that this show has a lot of plot holes, but I still can't help to watch it. The new episodes, whenever that'll be, better be as good as season one though.
