So no news on the schitzo family or Sylar, but still a good start. How long before every ex-Alias character is on this show? How can you win an election and turn into a bearded alcoholic in only 4 months? Whats with the Dominican wonder twins?
I was pretty disappointed with the episode, and I was even more disappointed with the "Coming This Season" highlights at the end. The fins are circling. 4400 was good for the first season, too. Look what happened to that show.
I thought it was a pretty good start. In true Hero-esque fashion they gave us a little info on lots of different story arcs and really left me wanting more.
Actually this season of the 4400 was actually pretty good Alot of things Disappointed me with this episode. I am on the Wait and See List Rocket River
They did the same thing with Hiro's car in the first season. Spoiler What was up with the burned Nathan at the end - was it his reflection? I thought that maybe Peter had Nikki/Jessica's power there for a second.
Nissan is the major show sponsor, so they get to put commercials in the show. The positive is they had fewer commercial breaks last night than they usually do.
well they did pay for limited commercials... I can handle a thinly veiled product placement I really liked the episode. It opens up a lot of future changes. Spoiler Hiro changed the future within minutes of getting sent back to 1671, so everything we are seeing in present day "Four Months Ago" could change back if he does something in the past again. Mohinder being a double agent for the Company has lots of potential. Plus the "bad guy" killing Mr Nakamura has a whole slew of things that could stem from it... not the least of which is finding out who the other 7 (Mrs. Petrelli is #8) people are that started all the world changing with Linderman. I enjoyed it... and the new comers were interesting, imho.
It was interesting but a tad bit disappointing for a season premiere. I like that they got rid of parkman's wife though maybe there will a story down the line about his kid but that would be waaaaaay too far ahead unless it's some time travel episode. Spoiler Don't like how they just brought nathan back w/o really explaining how he survived. I don't feel that there is any use in dragging that out until another episode. Spoiler Hiro's dad didn't put up much of a fight at all. I am damn curious to see who the killer is along with the bogeyman person. I wonder if they are one in the same person.
Spoiler I don't think it is Nathan at all. .. . . I think it is really peter using the power that Sylar used to be Nathan in the future [some kind of illusion thing]
Spoiler But Peter was in the crate at the end of the episode. Plus, since they "killed" Sylar, he never got Candice's power to change appearance from what I understand. I think the episode was fine. It was just to get us all caught up on what some of the characters are doing four months later. Next week's episode will probably be the same with other characters.
Sorry to do this, but I need a little help. The last episode I saw before last night was when HRG gave up Claire and got his mind wiped. So I need some questions answered to understand the plot a little better... 1) How is he back with Claire? Did the Haitian die? 2) Who is the girl with Parkman? 3) Is Ali Larter's character gone (PLEASE?)
Spoiler He was hallucinating. He saw a burned Peter in the mirror. Somehow, probably explained later, Nathan survived but believes Peter died in the explosion and he blames himself.
