BS Artest was afraid of Ben Wallace. You saw him run away from Big Ben. He would run faster against Shaq. Artest likes to fight skinny fans in the stands.
I hope for your sake, your kidding. Cause that was only the biggest thing in all of sports for about a year a few years back... Shaq has mastered the art of not getting dunked on. Seriously, when was the last time you saw Shaq get smashed on? He will either foul hard or not even contest the dunk. Our best bet is to have Landry dunk on Amare. Although, maybe Deke gives Shaq one of his infamous sharp elbows.
Shaq is nowhere near a sissy and i cant think of one person in the NBA who can go toe to toe with him, shaqs not afraid to hit people and the man is ridiculously big and relatively fast
I would kill to see Chris Paul fight Rafer. Damn that would be good they are both about the same size but hate each other. Who do you think is the best fighter on the Rockets? Landry? Tmac? What do you think...
No Shaq isn't a sissy and while just looking at him you would think he could fight but the man just can't. He's gotten in fights three or four times in his career and lost everytime. The guy swings full out and therefore misses because he's out of control. Barkley took him to school, Shaq wiffed on Miller when Miller had his back turned. He just can't fight been known for years.
Yeah, when you're that big, you probably don't have too many opportunities to scrap with someone. Not a knock on Shaq, just how it is.
I would take Artest in a fight over just about anyone in the NBA. The guy grew up on the streets and fought daily, barely made through high school because of fighting in school everyday (according to Beyond the Glory type story on ESPN). And Artest didn't run from Big Ben because he was scared. Judging from his lounging on the scorers table he ran because he was trying to avoid a fight. He would have until some drunk jackhole threw a beer out of the stands (thank God the NBA has started to control the drinking although its not fixed yet).
Yeah everyday people think they can fight Barkley because he's just 6'4" but they end up going through bar windows (BTW Barkley did the right thing both times he got in fights at the bar. Read what happened he was justified.)
There is no video of it, it happened Shaqs freshman year at LSU at a Party in Baton Rouge. From what I was told is that Shaq said something about the guy being white and a punk. The guy said something back and Shaq took a swing at him, which missed and the little guy dropped Shaq after a series of combo's to his jaw. That is 100% true
he should of never been laying on the scorers table in the first place, that is a sign of disrespect to the game. Always has been, always will be. Artest is a b****, he went to the smallest guy he could find in the stands THAT DID NOT EVEN THROW THE CUP, and started fighting him... WITH A KID 2 INCHES AWAY!
I really hate Brad Miller, but that was close to being the worst cheap shot since Rudy T & Kermit. I generally like Shaq but every time I see that I hate the man until I eventually just forget about how awful that was.
I wouldn't say Shaq couldn't fight, but I don't think hes as tough as everyone thinks just becasue hes big as hell.
He would have to catch him first. ... Anyways, I thought this thread would be about yolking on Shaq's face, and included a video of someone else doing it. I could definitely see Landry doing that tonight.
