I've seen that baseball pic before. What an awesome shot! Not to sound like Bob Costas, but you can see the focus and determination in his face that made him the greatest. When I was in junior high, the only time I looked that intense was when I was throwing a temper tantrum. And, by the way, I read the "Jordan not making the varsity" story numerous times. I'm pretty sure it's legit.
I know that Jordan was cut, but my question is was he cut from the varsity. In his Video I think he says he was cut from the Varsity team as a sophmore, that would make me think that he played JV that year instead of varsity. The whole carring in the jerseys story would make sense too, why would a coach give a kid he cut a chance at the district tournament, like his parents suspected, unless he was a member of the basketball program, or on the JV
