Our company is rebooting the video game Descent. It is a Six Degrees of Freedom vehicular combat game fought in twisting turning tunnels and wait until you see it on the oculus Rift. Also you guys will get a kick out of this, I am speaking at the Heartland gaming expo on Saturday in Tulsa about 16 hours after our campaign ends, either with the background music of "We are the champions" Or the "Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald". No way!! That's so cool. This is the game that made me realize I simply cannot keep up anymore in 1st person shooter games.

That is another story all together, basically the CEO wanted to move all Sr. Management to LA, and I am NOT moving to LA. Texas all the way baby. I would never get to a Rox game if I moved to LA, so uh, yeah, not an option. DD

We are all working for free at the moment, so this will allow us to finish the project and get paid a small salary while we do it. Star Citizen has money, Descendent Studios does not. DD

Hopefully the Oculus Rift market is strong enough for you guys to make profitable games. Its still early stage right now, there aren't even real consumer models out yet; waiting for Crescent Bay.
