Yes I believe that was instituted this year. Along with the team mandate to blue print tendencies and mail them to the other teams. Repeat, Lather, Rinse.Repeat.

I love every team in the city except one. I'm not a huge soccer fan, but the Dynamo rock. Astros have been the pits lately, but they'll always be the team of the Killer B's. I mourn the loss of the Aeros and Comets. I love every team in the city except the Texans, and I have consistently not loved them since their inception. I knew the day they chose that name I could never love that team. I never bought into the talk that they were Superbowl bound this year, but even if they were, you wouldn't see me bandwagoning on.
Take this Texans talk out of here. This forum is all about a real sport like Basketball and a real team like the Rockets not an overrated team like the Texans whose "fans" were screaming SuperBowl even before the season started and are now cheering players' injuries.
