Yes and yes. I tried to boot it up outside of the case with no luck. I really don't know what I could be doing wrong, I mean. It seems so simple. I am using DDR400 ram. I'm wondering if the mobo is DOA?
the mobo can be doa but i honestly think its more like its a pos which probably isnt compatible with the core 2. i would honestly wait and try to purchase a better quality board if possible and return this one for a refund. the best pc repair guy i knew never trusted a board that had mixed memory on it.
