My wife has the Incredible and she was ready to sell it and get the X after I got mine. There are small things that I can do on the X that she can not do. My buddy has the new iPhone and the size is not that big of a difference when next to each other. Now the Incredible looks like a midget compared to the X. The Incredible will have the Hotspot feature soon so that will be cool. My X has the Hotspot feature and I love it. For those who have the iPad or thinking of getting one you do not need to get the iPad with the 3G. Just turn on your Hotstop and connect up to 5 devices. Verizon's cost is $20 a month for the feature for 2 GB versus AT&T that is 20 for 25 MB.
I'm planning on buying a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 after six terrible months with the Mytouch. It's probably SE's closest competitor to the iPhone but I think it's better.
