It also sounds like she could use sme serious counseling. Moving would not solve the problem by itself. As long as somebody has a car, they can pick her up.
Sounds like she's hanging out with the wrong crowd. Things not going well between her and parents? You guys need to sit down and have a talk so things don't get out of control next time. Let her know you will always be there for her and that family should be the first people you turn to when you have problems.
