Just returned from Memphis, and you best believe I coated my stomach with this: http://www.roadfood.com/Reviews/Overview.aspx?RefID=1251
There is a new place on Rayford that just opened called 3 B's Burgers and Beer. Small sports bar type of place but the hamburgers are great.
You know what's good?? The Tyson Burger at Live Sports Cafe, sans bacon. Jalapenos, grilled onions, lettuce, mustard and hot sauce. Amazing.
hmm, i moved to california about two months ago and was not so impressed by the uber-hyped in-n-out burger. the fries tasted spongy and the burger was alright, but nothing amazing.
Bingo........the burgers are average, and the fries are for people who don't like potatoes. I'm pretty sure the fries are made out of bleached cardboard.
I ate there when I went up to Memphis for the Liberty Bowl. Great burgers and fries, but damn they were greasy
How my opinion on this thread is not integral astounds me. Bellsire Broiler Burger Christian's Tailgate. I have hiccups.,
I had the best burger of my life the other day at Amazon Grille on Kirby. It was unbelievably good. Get the yucca fries, too. Yum.
The burgers at Dave & Buster is pretty damn good too.. and the best part is, you can play games after enjoying a good burger!
I know one place that'll definitely top Fuddruckers.. "Burger Joint" in the Le Parker Meridian Hotel in New York (56th between 6th and 7th ave) It's like a hole in the wall burger joint located inside an upscale hotel. You would never find it unless you knew it was there. Very Random . In any case, they have the BEST BURGERS. However prices are a bit expensive: $7 for a modest sized cheeseburger. I usually eat two but that should be enough for most people. I highly recommend this place!
My favorites: Miller's Roznovski's Cliff's Lankford Grocery (pretty cheap too) Southwell's Damn...I'm hungry now.
My dad owns Joe's Mesquite Grill near West Little York and the Beltway. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
