Provigil's ok. I've got some leftovers, if you're buying I'm selling... if you know what I mean!

Never liked the stuff much because the anxiety can get pretty bad from it. What actually works fairly well for me is Great Bite mints (you can find them at any walgreens right with the gum/candy) for short bursts. I just pop like 30-60 of them in a given class period, plus they come 4 packs for $1. It cannot be beat.

I don't have trouble falling asleep, it's just that I wake up at every little thing...I need something to keep me from waking up...I woke up at 3:30 am this morning and was tossing and turning until my alarm went off at 7...most of the time, I go to bed at about 11ish and try to sleep till 7, but mostly wake up at 6 and just lay in bed...This never use to be a problem until I moved to TN...crap...

    Ear plugs?

My wife's a snorer and I had to see if they worked. At first there were discomfort but you'd get use to that quick enough. They come in different sizes but I'll suggest NOT starting out with large. Next issue was not being able to hear the "going ons" of the house. Again, easy to let go of that "control".

The best thing about ear plugs is when your SO tries to wake you up...ha ha ha....
