Yeah, 713... where are you? I don't buy this, either. You seriously can't think that using STEEL on a car's body paint is safe... [insert 'No Future For The Human Race' rant here]
Whatever you do, don't put touch up paint on it! DONT DO IT! Anyway, as someone stated earlier, you can use a commercial grade compound on your own. Those scratches are very fine and appear to be just in the outer mils of clear. Run your fingernail over the scratches; if it catches, you are screwed; if not, it can be removed w/o refinish. Worst case, you can have someone else color-sand it (key words here are "someone else"). A body shop should be able to do it in a few hours for under $100.00. Don't attempt this yourself!
