I too have heard that the Houstonian has outstanding spa services! I have a friend who went recently and LOVED it!
UPDATE: (as if anyone cares) Decided to go with the Spa on advice from pretty much every woman I know. Called her last night (she's out of town with family) to make sure no one in her family had gotten her the same thing. Surely my gift idea was TOTALLY unique, right? Wrong... Her sister got her a day at a spa near her house. So today, in full panic mode, I take off trying to find her an iPod Shuffle. This is pretty much the only thing she didn't already get from her (large) family. Of course, being the day after Christmas, NO ONE has any in stock. I tried Target, Walmart, Radio Shack, Circiut City, and Best Buy. Long story short, I finally asked the dude at Best Buy if they had any more in the back. He came out and said he had one more left in the whole store, so I got it. I also got her a $20 Starbucks gift card (she drinks that crap every morning), some earrings, a bracelet, and a necklace. She's coming back tomorrow, so I'll let you know how it all works out, if you catch my drift...
Nice job. I personally would've stuck w/ the spa, just because I don't think women would complain about having too many spa treatments. But I think we've all had similar war stories. If women only knew some of the things we've had to go through.
She LOVED the iPod, thanks for asking. Along with the jewelry and Starbucks card, I hit one out of the park. She told all her friends and family what a great guy I am. MAJOR points with the family. I still have to help her install iTunes so she can put all her CD's on it. She still has dial-up (LOL). And before you ask, I didn't get her a modem because she LOVES having dial-up. Don't ask.... I'm glad I went with the 3 gift idea because that's what she did for me (Seinfeld DVD's, travel bag, shirt). She liked her gifts so much that she gave me another "gift" on NYE. It was the best gift I got this year. And I think you know what I'm talking about.....
