    Driver In Accident Falls Off Freeway, Dies
    2 hours, 37 minutes ago


    A driver fell to his death off a downtown Houston freeway after he was in an accident, officials told News2Houston.


    Investigators said the man pulled over on Interstate 45 north near Interstate 10 east around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday because he got into a minor, one-car accident. After he got out of his vehicle, he sat on the guardrail, apparently waiting for help, according to witnesses.


    "While he was waiting, he just accidentally fell behind him where he landed in the field and died instantly," said officer Rick Barajas, with the Houston Police Department.


    Police believe someone was with the driver, but do not think the passenger had anything to do with his death.


    "When he sat on the guardrail, nobody appeared to be next to him, nobody appeared to touch him. He appeared to fall on his own," Barajas said.


    Witnesses told police that the driver appeared to be intoxicated since the vehicle was swerving before it stopped.


    When police arrived at the scene, the passenger and the victim's car were gone.


    The victim's name was not released.

    hey guys i'm finally back. i just got out of the hospital yesterday. as for the fight i would call it a draw even though i took much of the beating. i ended up with a broken wrist, broken nose, and a broken rib. my opponent(Dennis) ended up with a concussion. My problem was that i got knocked to the ground fast, and i couldnt get back up, since he was wailing on me with his legs and cause i'm phat. I think he had some knuckles with him because it felt that way.
    the fight ended, in a funny way though. my opponent after knocking me to the ground said out loud "Is Dennis going to have to choke a b****." All of a sudden I seize the oppurtunity to reply with another Chappele quote, so I say "I'm Rick James, b****" so get off me. For a minute we are both stunned because we realize we just quoted lines from the Chappelle show. So then my opponent( Dennis) helped me up off the ground. The other people watching started to boo, but neither of us seemed to care. Later seeing I had broken my wrist someone drove me to the hospital. Later after two days Dennis came and visited me. We ended up watching a basketball game together on the tv.
    sorry guys for not responding faster because i've been hurt in the hospital. i told the doctor i fell off a tree. the doctor asked how could i climb a tree since i am big. i told him to stop asking questions. lluckily the police werent asking many questions. my dad stil want to go kill Dennis's dog. i'm not sure what to think but he is more pissed than i am. i guess in montana where i'm from once you fight a man you have his respect.
    maybe i'l tell you next timme why we fought if any of you care to know.
    i think i should have tried the crane next time i'm in a fight.
