Watch some tapes of UFC or Pride fighting championships. Esp. the earlier UFCs, when there were less rules and it was still called no-holds-barred fighting... even hitting under the belt was permitted. One rule they did have though, is no direct blows to the neck (strangling for submissions is ok), and that's cos a whack to the neck can instantly kill. I suppose you could try that if things got desperate.

If you are having to ask for all this "advice" you really shouldn't even try to fight this guy.

If you've never had any fight training, you'd be an idiot to even attempt fighting.. and if you did, then you'd know that you should fight only to defend yourself.

    1. Keep your hands up at all times.
    2. Keep your eyes open.
    3. If you fall down, get up as fast as you can.. the worst thing you can do is fall to the ground and try to cover your head.

I have to agree with Lil Pun and Kam. Don't mess around with fighting. You never know who's packing heat or who will come back at you with a tire iron in the alley a week after you smack them. Believe me, people aren't man enough to take a beating these days without getting the "last word," as it were. People get put in the hospital or worse all the time for way less than breaking someone's nose.

If the guy confronts you, just tell him that there isn't going to be a fight. He'll no doubt yell at you, call you a p***y, etc., but he almost certainly won't throw the first punch. Nobody wants to be the guy who starts it, and no one really knows how. Don't give him a chance. Say your piece and walk away.

I tried this once, the guy was on top of me slugging me in the face before I realized that there probably was going to be a fight.

I have a few cars I need you to wax first. Then learn Karate.

Anyone see that fight on ESPN last night between the big ass dude (Sapp...something) and the Karate looking dude who kept kicking him. That was awesome. Big dude just obliterated the karate dude at the end.

    Here you go... :)

The idea to create "The Bully Factor" was born when Patrick came to his mother, Danielle, one evening asking why kids at school aren't doing anything to defend themselves.

Danielle pointed out, "Just because you're in martial arts and know what to do doesn't mean other kids do."

10 years old: My first fight took place behind home plate. My friends were having a rock fight at the baseball fields. You know, where you get down in a crater, peep your head out, and then throw a rock at your enemies. Only you never hit. Well, one of the kids popped his head out and I threw the rock right between his eyes. He was pretty pissed when the blood started coming out. I was kinda scared at what I had done. And kind of proud of my hit at the same time. Anyway, he charged me and I ran threw the dugout and behind home plate. Right in the middle of a Saturday afternoon baseball game. The crowd went silent. He whacked me and then we rolled around, kicked up dust, and pounded each other for 30 seconds or so. Both teams came charging out of the dugout and got into a bigger brawl. The umpire broke it up and then threw me out of the game. But I wasn't on either team. So I wasn't sure what to do.

9years old: I was riding my bike at the trails and a whole bunch of kids swarmed around me. I said, "what's goin on?". They said. "This fight is gonna be awesome." I said "who's fighting?" They said. "You are. Jimmy wants to fight you." I thought about it for a second. Then I rode home on my bananna seat bike to a chorus of boos. And I don't know what happened next. But six years later Jimmy and I both started on the basketball team. It was kind of weird between us.

    I freaking love Wanderlei Silva.

His knees are sickening. When he gets you in the muay thai clinch, you can pretty much just say good night.

You watch Pride too? I also love that stare. He really looks like a murderer. My fave Pride fighter would be Cro-crop though. You never know when that left leg's gonna come out. One hit is enough.

My favorite Wandalization was his beatdown of Sakuraba at Pride 13.

He did kick Rampage's ass. I'd like to see them fight again though because I'm a big fan of Rampage. I love it when he slams dudes.

Mirko's left kick is deadly....but Peter Aerts from K-1 was the greatest kicker I ever saw...check out his sherdog.com highlight clip if you get a chance.
