I'd be happy with 2-2, but 1-3 is most probable. I don't think we've been playing that great the last few weeks. The Rockets will need to step up their game.
Spurs looking close to playoff form, Grizzlies getting things together now that Gay is gone, Pacers got riled up by the Bucks, and Clippers are the Clippers. If we go 0-4 I am not surprised. I feel a split is where I would go on this. 2-2
Why should we be afraid of the Grizzlies? We blew them out the last time around in Toyota Center. Pacers are the same type of team, no worries. Spurs and Clippers...yeah, we're losing those.
0-4, maybe 1-3 from a fluke win or something. This is what happens if we don't win games against the teams we're supposed to win against. Had we done better in our stretch against the crappy teams in our last six-seven games or so we could have absorbed this easily. I now question our ability to make the playoffs. Whatever happens this upcoming week, the Rockets better be prepared to rally for the final stretch.
Harden is going to need to bring his A game. Lin needs to hit his spot up shots, same for Parsons (especially Parsons). Hopefully Delfino's shooting slump is over. D-Mo is going to be our x-factor. If he can hit his 3s it opens up so many more opportunities for us.
4 and OHHHH, bee-otches! Why not? Let's tighten up the D, run our opponents out of the gym, and get our gel on.
The only player we need to give rest to is Harden, Maybe Asik because he will play a huge role down low in the playoffs. Parsons and Lin are too inconsistant for us to depend on for us to be giving them rest for the playoffs just for them to have an off game. It makes more sense to rest the ones we know will preform, and who the rockets can't function well without. which right now is Harden and Asik.
here come the losses cant wait to hear people calling for Mchales head and taking our Lin for breather or taking him out for PB if hes playing better lol ..............wheres the fire Mchale threat at !!!
0-4 and Clutchfans goes into meltdown. But I think we have a chance to go 1-3. Maybe we'll have a night where we just hit a lot of outside shots to win a game we'd otherwise lose.
I was feeling good about our chances, but then I remembered that we're playing some teams with talented bigs. Well, we traded our most talented big and God knows how rough it's going to be praying that DMo can hit wide open jumpers. Hopefully TRob comes in with the energy and hustle he has shown recently. That will help, at least. Poor Omer has to do everything in the paint, and as much as I think he can, he is not comfortable as a scorer. I miss PatPat
