I've figured out the moral of the story: Stay in school.

    Wade: 3 years at Marquette
Bosh: 1 year at Georgia Tech
The kid from Akron: no college

The most educated guy convinced his dumber friends to come play on his team for less money

I don't know why some of you hate on them so much and wish they get injured etc.

I'm really happy for LeBron and Wade, they are both tremendous players and have done a lot of their franchise. Bosh is a bit annoying, as he gets nice stats but clearly can't dominate and lift a team up by himself. I would be even happier if they came to the Rockets.

I'm excited to watch two of my favorite players together, gonna attend all the texas vs miami games this season just for this reason alone.

The game has changed and let's not forget it's pure business. Look at how the Cav's owner is acting right now. He's not so classy is he? The fact is NBA owners are more ruthless than players will ever be, so don't hate on someone just because they are doing what they think is best for themselves.

Hate to say it guys, but if you work for someone chances are your big boss doesn't really give you a flip about you unless he thinks you're valuable. Look at what happened to our beloved Hakeem. Wouldn't be surprised if Bosh and LeBron weren't so fond of their respective owners.

    You have such great foresight.

All the publicity they are getting will enable them to generate more money off the court than what they have left on the table. Funny how the richest and most successful people are often those who drop out of college or never went. Perhaps our educational system deprives our creativity and promotes mediocrecy.

I'm liking it. Miami might be a fun team to watch.

    LOL at the Cav's fans.

all 3 of them signed 6 year contracts for, so in 6 more years we will have the excitement of another free agency period.

Haters... All you skeptics wouldn't be saying this if they were coming to the Rockets. Before you call anyone hypocrites, take a good look in the mirror. And I didn't watch the 'introduction party', but I'm pretty sure ESPN requested it to be televised and not the HEAT or the Big 3. And why wouldn't ESPN broadcast it? It's easy money. It's all business folks..

Man this is cheesy and arrogant of the big 3. I feel like puking. Just adds more fuel to the fire for all 29 other teams.

The sad thing is this trio can stick together for the rest of their careers if they choose to. Also every year they will be able to sign a great role player for the mle.

    Sounds like jealousy in here.

You guys wouldn't be complaining if LeBron and Wade brought their circus to Houston.

"OMG look at Yao looking happy with LeBron and Wade, this is sooo stupid!!"

"Why the hell are we giving keys to city to Yao, LeBron, and Wade?!"

Sorry, you didn't "figure it" out. Jeff from Cleveland did.

seeing the highlights on espn it didn't seem quite as bad as i was imagining. some of the comments really were just playing to the crowd and trying to fire them up. and some of the others were said with more sincerity and less gloating than i thought seeing it in writing. still not gonna be the greatest PR move, though.

Repped. This is EXACTLY how I feel. If the Rockets aren't on TV this year, my interest in the NBA will be zilch on those given nights.

If you're a killer like Jordan, Kobe, Bird, Olajuwon, Thomas, Erving, etc you say NO. It's not about playing with your friends on South Beach.....they aren't all committing to the U. This is the freaking NBA.....this is your LEGACY. If you're LeBron, and you've really got that killer instinct, you're saying "I'm joining the Bulls....the Cavs....even the Knicks JUST so I can knock these guys off their pedestal." He joined the freaking enemy here......he ran away from the challenge. He can party with Dwyane and Chris in the off-season......from October to June though? That's when names are made, and he decided that his name wasn't worth as much as we thought it was. He'd rather 'take his talents to South Beach...."

When Lebron said "It's going to be easy", I took it for meaning that it's going to be easy playing with each other, since he said they were going to put in the hard work practising together. Not that every game is going to be a cakewalk.

You know, I've never liked Lebron as a player but I for one was actually glad to see him so happy on stage. He looked absolutely miserable in Cleveland and I don't think it was an easy choice to leave. Jordan had pippen, Kobe had Shaq/Gasol, but Lebron's had garbage. He single handedly took them deep into the playoffs every single season for the past few years without any help. That must have been frustrating as hell.

He surely knows that even if he wins multiple championships from now on they will be tainted because of Wade and Bosh. With him going to Miami and taking a paycut, it seems to me that at this point all he wants to do is win which I can respect. He must also know that by ditching Cleveland and going to Miami, there's now practically zero chance of him ever being regarded as Jordan's equal (unless he wins like 12 championships).

I don't like Lebron and don't agree with the way he announced his 'Decision' but I can appreciate that going to Miami will make him much happier as a human being and I can't fault him for that. Same goes for Bosh really.
