Sure did a lot of talking tonight! Hyping things up!

Wade iirc said best trio ever
LeBron saying it will be easy
Title or failure in the 1st year
    Not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7, but 8 titles/championships
Even Pat Riley can play. "Just throw it up there and we'll go get it!"
Bosh reeks of the odd man out. And somewhat random, but anyone else notice when he talked(at least at the news conference) he looked down and always had his hand near his mouth. wth?! Sorry, just random observation

sportsguy33 PS: Congrats to Chris Bosh for earning "best basketball trio ever" status by winning 3 career playoff games and making 5 lotteries.

sportsguy33 "Having the opportunity to team up with arguably the best trio to ever play the game of basketball...is amazing." 2 Finals trips total!

daldridgetnt Did D Wade say the best trio ever? That would require, at minimum, for Chris Bosh to be a Hall of Famer like James Worthy (Magic, Kareem)..

i didn't watch this tonight, but between "The Decision" and all the comments above they apparently made at this spectacle, this has all the subtlety of watching the WWE set up someone as a heel or something. for guys - at least wade and lebron - who have been so remarkably well polished in interviews and for endorsement throughout their careers, are they really this tone deaf when it comes to handling this situation with some humility and decorum? i realize they've got to be excited as hell and want miami to be excited, but proclaiming yourselves the best trio ever and talking about 8 championships and acting like giddy kids rubbing it in everyone's faces can only end badly.

on the other hand, if they're doing it all on purpose to basically turn themselves into the Evil Empire and trying to set themselves up as the most polarizing team going (as if they weren't going to be already), then i think i can get down with that. a good villain makes any movie better, and even though i'll be rooting for them, i would imagine they'll be even more hated than the lakers. if they live up to the billing, they'll go down in history. if they fail, there will be some serious backlash.

i wish the season would just start tomorrow so we can get this show on the road.

This whole thing feels like a dream. I really feel like I will wake up and find out that LBJ really re-signed with the Cavs.

Imagine if MJ, Isiah and Magic all joined the same team.

They wouldn't have done it. They had pride. This is a joke. I'm glad I didn't watch that ****.

My sentiment exactly. The way they did it, the whole thing, just seems shady and classless. Yes, THEY DID IT, poorly.

I freakin hated the whole god damn thing and Im not even a Cavs fan or live in Cleveland. Imagine how Cavs fans felt.

These past week or so have been so surreal and almost feels phony like it was scripted. I think Wade, Bosh and James planned this out ever since the Olympics.

This feels just like WWE and Stern is Mr. Mcmahon.

I mean c'mon, first they had an hour long special just for LeBron to announce his decision, while a simple presser would have just been fine. Now they have them all wearing Heat jerseys and coming out of the stage like freakin rock stars. MJ, Kobe or Hakeem would have never done this.

I'm not saying that. I'd be the happiest man on earth if they come to Houston, but just not the way it has been done. The way that LeBron humiliates Cleveland and then rub it on consecutive nights on national TV is just wrong. They are playing the whole NBA like it's a video game. Very disrespectful if you ask me.

I was more pissed off when Lakers got Pau Gasol for free. As long heat can whoop that lakers ass I'm good.

They did it on the court. Those glory days of basketball are apparently gone. It seems the Rockets are one of the few throwbacks left in the league; full of hard working, respectful guys who just get the job done. Without the Rockets, I don't think I could watch the NBA anymore.

Meh, I can understand this feeling
This was for the miami fans. ESPN decided to show it on Nat. TV not The 3 kings(lol).

Disrespectful? they are 2 mega stars in their prime and Bosh. They are all buddies that are living a dream. They changed the game. Now it's time to prove it.

BTW, does anyone else find it creepy the LeBron refers to himself in the third person?

I tried to check it out for a minute, couldn't take it.

This was actually harder to watch then yesterday because it's just blatant celebrating. I don't need to watch my ex make out with someone after breaking up with me.

Which is why I LeBron is my most hated player in the league even before this LeBacle. It seems like LeBron was ready to leave Cleveland for sometime now.
