Yes, definitely A team that plays within the rules and acquires the best players, and then uses those players to win...WHAT A JOKE And the fact that these megastars may be taking a paycut so that they can play with their best friends, in a desirable city, doing everything they can to form a dynasty ballclub It's practically illegal!!!!!1111
not sure how they can afford this, but if they get miller and lebron, i could see lebron playing point on this team. pat riley has had success with 6'9 pgs before and we already know lebron has the skill set and vision to play point.
So it would just be the task of finding a team with cap space that thinks Beasley’s contract is acceptable, trade him to that team and get a trade exception for the amount of his contract? Would Miami need to throw in a future pick or something for doing them the favor? I can’t understand why any team would help them do this, especially if the reward is only Beasley.
It's a steal for the other team. He's had bad PR but for he's still value (rookie contract) for his production.
yes, i know they can...but I was asking if anyone thinks they will take massive paycuts to afford other players, such as Miller, not to simply play together.
gotcha, but i still say no. bosh is on record saying he doesn't want just max but home team max. i don't think he decides to give up any money. besides if they are patient (and they should have at least 5 years together) the team can add MLE, LLE, and rookies in following seasons to fill out the roster. no need to give up money for 5 years when in 1 year the team is given the MLE and LLE to spend.
Shaq / Miller Bosh / J-Ho / Varnado LeBron / Butler / Cook Miller / Head Wade / Hasbrouck / House They just put a bunch of 3 pt shooters and a center around the stars. Their job is to stand at the 3 pt line and wait for one of the stars to pass it to them off of a double team. Teams need at least six players to guard LeBron, Wade, and Bosh so they will need guys that can knock down the open 3.
