gary probably told wade to keep his man out the lane, and he would have been right. I know i said dwayne was overrated, but I have always been impressed with his defense, I don't know what's going on with that.

    LOL :D

BTW - notice how the GP/Shaq seasons all seem to end in melt downs?

Dampier is in the same league as Wilt and Kareem. He is the default best center in the league right now.

Poor Wade continues his tradition of suffering from an injury in the playoffs. This time it might cause the Heat to lose in the first round.

Someone please explain to me how Shaq's playoff performance this year guarantees him 20 million/year salary. And if they vote him first team all NBA this year, that will make me puke. He stinks (in game 3, 4, and 5).

Those bulls are just too inexperienced to win this series, too many turnovers and bad shots in clutch time.

They sure can lose a game in a hurry.

    Shaquille O'Neal; a career:

Defensive Player of the year : 0
    All Defensive first team: 0
    Blocked Shots title: 0

The man got by on his size and skill. But he could have been the greatest Center of All-Time if he just bothered to put in the work.

Well, the Heat looked a lot better last night, they could rebound a bit better but their defense was great, they should be able to close out the series in Chicago tomorrow night.

They would never get the chance to see the Pistons. They were 1-3 against the Nets in regular season. The way VC is playing now, Heat doesn't even have a chance. Besides, I don't think they are done with the Bulls. Hinrich 9 points and Gordon 10 points won't repeat again.

The Heat stand a decent chance of knocking off the Pistons if Wade and Big Aristotle are healthy.

That was the Shaq that can still win a championship, the Shaq that rebounds and blocks shots, and acts more as a patient point/scoring center on offense than aggressive-offensive-fouling scoring center. They should be able to coast through the Nets in 6 games if he plays like that, I mean not exactly 30-20-5-3, can't expect that kind of series, but something like 18-12-4-3 should be more than enough to dominate the Nets.
