another thread that I wanted to start today. who's getting tired of the heat on television, period. tnt regulars. I know they're the champs, but my god, they seem to be on national television every week. the don't have the cache' as the bulls did, or the celtics did. at least I don't think they do.
What's even more annoying is having a mediocre Lakers team on national TV at least once a week. At least the Heat are defending champs, and they still don't get the sort of coverage the Lakers do.
And the Heat suck this year. I remember when the Rockets started sucking last year due to injuries. They yanked our games almost instantly. The Heat = boring. No one wants to watch Dwade shoot freethrows all day.
I agree 100%, u are stealing my thoughts. Lakers really suck, I dont know how they have a better record than us. Lakers is by far my most hated team in the NBA. what pisses me off even more is the fact that they get special treatment from the officials. that's really not fair. despite all that help from the officials, they still SUCK big time.
MAN WHATEVER!!! wade just got lucky.. he had a horrendous shot selection... and look at how many free throws he shot compared to the lakers.. c'mon.. he's not that good. geez.... at least kobe's 4-17 shooting were shots that were "good". y'know?
Yeah Spurs/Suns/Mavs any combo of those three teams would have been way better then this POS game. Also.. LOL, poor Kobe

Kobe has a flu, that takes away much of his game, if Wade is really up to the challenge, at least he should guard Kobe. Great game for Wade and terrible game for Kobe, but you don't see it very often.
I'm biased, but I would have put a couple of WC teams on Christmas Day, like maybe the Suns vs Spurs.
It'd be nice if there was any sort of NBA rivalry that they could put on tv, but alas, there is none. Other than the rockets and the few teams I wish misery on, who cares? I like to watch great execution of plays but I have no emotional attatchment in the slightest.
shaq didnt even play kobe sucked and the heat arnt even in playoff contention. it shouldve been utah vs phx the two best teams in the league right now
The problem is they have to decide who plays this game during the summer when the schedule is made out. Very few people put Utah where they are now.
It's getting old but it is one more chance I get to see my boy ZO play so I don't mind it. If the NBA had flex scheduling, they could change it up by putting better matchups. I really miss the REAL rivalries of the 90's: Bulls-Knicks, Knicks-Pacers, Heat-Knicks, Rockets-Jazz, Rockets-Spurs...those teams really HATED each other with a passion and it translated into fierce, competitive games with amazing atmosphere.
