Of course I am ok with it......

They lied to the press......EVERYONE lies to the press...

The Press has no right to know, their answers are not under oath....

    This is a big difference.

Since we can't get either one to budge, let's test that evidence.

Evidence is of little value- I assume there is no chain of custody.
No way to prove the evidence has not been tampered or contrived.

The issue here is the validity of the testimony of the Mitchell Report. They will have to weigh all the sworn testimony in conflict and decide if there is anyway to find truth. It will be difficult.

Yes, I am ok that they lied to the press.......

    And....

I do want the truth here.

    Carry on MSN...nice try though.

It will not be admissable but it surely is valuable.......if it has Roger's DNA and HGH or Steroids.....and has NO TRACE of B12....

    I think ...case closed.

So, lies are OK as long as it's only to the press?

    Lies are *never* OK. Ever.

    "Carry on, DD; nice try."

If you want the TRUTH why would you care what venue it came from?

Obviously lies under oath carry criminal reprecussions.

    ROFLMAO... nice try fellas.

I am saying "I understand why he lied to the press" and I am ok with him lying to them at that time....because he was protecting his livelihood.

But, now that we are here, and under oath, I want the truth.

Whether you find me hard to like or not, you are stating that you're fine with people telling lies, as long it's not under oath.

That's awesome. Are there any other rules about when lies are or are not unacceptable? Lying to the press is fine, to Congress is not, unless you're not under oath, then it's probably OK. You can lie to the policeman but not your wife? You can lie to your boss but not your golf buddies?

I mean, is this written down somewhere? I find this far more interesting than the Clemens deposition.

McNamee is coming off at least in the past as a scumbag of a dirty trainer and a liar. No trace of B12 would be interesting. But the fact he turned over anything with Clements blood and HGH or steroids can be soundly discredited under cross examination.

If McNamee is now confessing his soul and telling the honest truth, he should just stick to it calmly and humbly. The truth is more powerful than anything else.

If Clements is telling the absolute truth, he will eventually prevail in this.

I'm not sure what to think except I find it disgusting that Clements would protect McNamee unless he's somewhat guilty somewhere. Clements should have come forth on this guy when he injected his wife without consent.

Nobody sticks a needle of growth hormones into my wife especially a sleezy baseball trainer.

I don't. To quote one professor of pharmacy I talked to, what's to say the steroids weren't put there yesterday? The evidence is shaky at best because of the medical community's inability to date steroids.

I find you trying to change the subject away from the topic funny, instead of dealing with whether or not you believe Roger had HGH or Steroids injected, you attack me for saying I understand why he would lie to the press.

    Nice try...

Who in their right mind will admit Clemens was at that the pool party at Seco's . Why would they want to get involved and rat on the almighty Clemens.
