only you and sam could make the morally repugnant argument that killing a young woman and bringing a developmentally disabled child into this world are somehow equivalent.
...and only you would repeatedly hold up a mentally r****ded baby to shield yourself in your badass basketball message board moral high horse-mounting campaign. It's even in your signature. Classically awesome...you rule buddy.
how am i using trig to "shield" myself? shield myself from what? juvenile ramblings in defense of a serial abuser of women? this is the man you smear the disabled to defend. you must be so proud.
Specifically, you appear to use it as a prop from having to engage in any serious conversation as a diversionary tactic....you also like to use it to declare your moral superiority (as you are here). Why do you feel the need to declare it all the time? Trust me, I know the thrill of an online e-victory in the intellectual sense - it's an outrageous rush and validation of awesomeness. But the moral sense? Sounds way too hollow and lame, plus this is the internet, morality is just a bunch of HTML. Can you describe how or why it makes you feel better? I would like to know. Please note, posting a picture of a disabled child is not an acceptable response to this question.
Check your signature, you have little Prop right there for all of us to see...every single time you post...linking us to a locked thread where you deliberately tried to bait people into commenting on it, in the wrong forum, allowing you to claim another supreme moral declaration. Amazing. Now answer the question - why/how does BBS moral high ground feel great? I just want to know if I should get in on this action.
no Harry Reid is pimping Teddy's death. Sam, are you outraged at this overt politicization of the death of a great statesman?
that thread was about the unknown joys of living with kids with special needs. some other posters tried to turn it into something else- apparently the sight of a strong woman who's proud of her child is just too much for some folks to bear.
See? It's like a drug. You can't resist, your fetish for bbs moral victories is too powerful - you saw an easy one and you had to grab it. I am just trying to figure out why it is so gratifying....I personally don't understand why a self-declared e-moral victory is as good as even a well-timed LOLCAT or a wickedly administered intellectual thrashing.
How do you feel about Sarah Palin using her special needs child in an effort to promote a lie about government death panels?
basso, don't pretend like you don't make personal attacks when you've called people on here all sorts of names and accused people on her of personally supporting terrorists, brutal dictators, and wanting the U.S. to lose and its soldiers to die. I've checked your posts on homosexuals. It shows exactly where you were. You were in a place where you claim a president who supports an amendment to our nation's governing document to forever make homosexual marriage illegal is no different than a president who opposes such an amendment. Despite your lip service to the cause, you've made it plain where you stand on the issue, and how little it really matters to you.
LOL George Bush attacks Iraq, he's for gay rights over there. its that type of logic that cause people not take you seriously, and that's one of your serious argument.
and Obama's position on homosexual rights in Afghanistan, where gays were routinely buried alive, or pushed off cliffs. what's his position on the rights of women in the Islamic world?
you know what i'm saying but this is an argument that isn't worth truly. you and franchise have been through it enough anyway.
pg you fell into the trap again, the key to denying basso in one of his own threads is to get basso off message - which means never heeding to him when he attempts to lead you down a substantive tangent. You must choose the subject yourself and perform the ol' switcheroo, where basso is all of a sudden the one getting upset and emotional. If done correctly, it's possible to lead basso himself down the chosen path like a very stupid child. But it requires discipline.
