But Darko is the second coming of Chris Webber and the Timberwolves now serve breakfast and lunch to its players. I think that's enough to entice any potential coach.

....glad to hear there are consequences to thinking that Kevin Love could play the 3 and then benching him when he predictably got torched defensively. It literally took Kevin Love breaking NBA records as a 4 to convince Rambis that Love needed to get more playing time and that he needed it as a PF not a SF.

rambis is turning his assignments in a month late? ... and his boss is telling the press this?

    sounds like rambis is toast.

They have better players and higher draft choices than the Rockets at this TIME; maybe a GOOD coach could make a change for them....

    Point gaurd:
    Rubio (?all-star?) / L. Ridnour / J. Flynn = Lowry / Dragic
    in time Twolfs

    Off gaurd :
    ????? / ????? <<<< K. Martin / C. Lee
    Rockets

    Small Forward :
    M. Beasley / W. Johnson >>>>>>>>>>>> C.Bud / T. Williams
    Twolfs not even close

    Power Forward :
    K. Love ( all-star ) / A. Randolph >>> Scola / P. Patterson
    Twolfs

    Center :
    D. Milicic / A. Tolliver / N. Pekovic = B. Miller / J. Hill / Thabeat
this is a whole bunch of nothing....

    2 & 20 picks >>>>>> 14 & 23 picks

With a GOOD coach the Twolfs could be something....

For NOW the Twolf have better players than the Rockets IMO...

We would win in best of seven... BUT they have better players

    You left out Hayes.

Am I crazy if I'd take 6'5" Chuck Hayes over all of their centers? Lol Wagon would manhandle them.

As far as PGs go, Rubio has yet to play a single game. He had a rocky past few years in Europe with his overall stats being lackluster and we are already proclaiming him an All-Star at least equal to Lowry? Come on now.

Better future? As of right now, it seems so.

    Better team? I disagree.

Never said better TEAM; better PLAYERS.... ALL they need is a GOOD COACH

    C. Hayes is not signed for next year...

"As far as PGs go, Rubio has yet to play a single game. He had a rocky past few years in Europe with his overall stats being lackluster and we are already proclaiming him an All-Star at least equal to Lowry? Come on now."

That's not me that is "DM the GM" and reading about him weekly over the years here on clutchfans ( I personaly never seen him play; could pick him out of a line-up if he was standing on my toe... )

    BUT:
    - they have more talent than we do....
    - they have an ALL-STAR in K. Love...
    - they have better youth than us...
    - they have the 2nd pick

And I could care less GO ROCKETS!!!!

    Give time; time

Look, Rambis is awful and Adelman was great, but I don't think a coach will turn a 17 win team into a 43 win team. That's just ridiculous.

Show me where Morey said "Rubio will be an All-Star" with the last year. Heck, show me where he's ever said it. I think Rubio's best-case scenario is that he becomes a player at around the level of Lowry, even if he would have a very different playstyle. And that's best-case.

Not to mention, I have to laugh at someone who can't even identify their SG, and I freely admit that I do not think as high of Beasley as you seem to.

    Wow, you sound worked up...

    - They don't have a SG at the time... ( W. Ellington ) - Really thats worth a laugh?

    - Would you take Beasley over C.Bud? ( I would IMO ) or W. Johnson over T. Willams? ( I would IMO ) and that is all the post said...

    - Look at the post there are "?" and "=" signs - just read ClutchFans about him and him being an all-star... I personly have never seen Rubio play as stated in another post... Have you? If so than really what is his best-case scenario for him?

    - I never said they were better TEAM than the Rockets and would win 43 games next year if Adelman was their coach... ( Did I say that? NO )

    - Do you think Adelman would win more than 17 as their coach last year? ( I do IMO ) WHY he is a GOOD coach; and that is what GOOD coaches do... ( Win games IMO )

    - This was just a post to show that the TWolf coaching job is not bad...
    nothing more...

    Everything is "OK"

    Give time, time...

WTF? The only positions Wolves are better than the Rox are the pf (Love's better than anything we have) and the sf (Beasley's better than C-bud). That's it. How can they have better players than we do, when we won 43 games and they won 17? Are you saying the difference between rambis and Adelman is more than 26 wins? LOL! Even if you put time in there, PP will probably be as good as or even better than Love is right now, and considering Lowry is only 25 years old he'll reach his peak 3 years from now.

You also said the Twolves have better players. The only players who'll beat Rox starters on the rotation are Love, Beasley and Wes Johnson. Considering our starter is C-bud, that's pretty bad.

I believe logic is them with Rubio and/or the 2nd pick is better talent than us.

His comparison included us without Chuck Hayes since Hayes is currently unsigned.

He is also assuming that Rubio pans out and becomes a or close to an All-Star level PG and he set Rubio as a player equal to Lowry.

If Rubio does become an All-Star level PG and/or their 2nd overall pick pans out well, then I would agree with him. But until then, its still potential (better future).

-Read the post never said with Adelman they would win 43 game... The whole TEAM is nothing more than forwards and young point gaurd and a point gaurd that may never play in the NBA...
-Yes, K. Lowry is a good point and will get better... ( BUT, Flynn may get better, too )

PP will probably be as good as or even better than Love is right now- Wow, I so glad we let Adelman go he was holding P. Patterson back, LOL...P. Patterson is a nice player but he is no K. Love or ever will be IMO...

"You also said the Twolves have better players. The only players who'll beat Rox starters on the rotation are Love, Beasley and Wes Johnson. Considering our starter is C-bud, that's pretty bad."

    - 3 / 5 is over half... ( those are your thoughts )
    - I think as a Rocket A. Randoph would see some time at Center, too... ( my thought ) - 4 / 5

    They have better Players

THE POST WAS TO SAY THE T-WOLF COACHING JOB IS NOT THAT BAD
