If it is happening on your other tv after switching the boxes, it might just be the box. It could be your signal, but it sounds like a provider problem. Sorry that has happened. There is nothing worse than having a wonderful new toy, and having problems using it. I hope it is easy to get taken care of.
didnt know where to post this but can someone start a thread for me please!! i just got a lap top and i wanna set up the wireless internet and have no clue what to do. My brother has his desktop computer and it is serviced through sbc dsl. Please help!
Yeah, if anyone wants to help me with this too, feel free! I'm actually able to set up the wireless, but when after I'm connected, I can't navigate anywhere on any of our computers.
