It will be fine. The guy that writes could cast me and Moestavern and we would win the emmy.

I still prefer Breaking Bad as my personal GOAT but I would put True Detective as #2 at this point.

Both Woody and Matt Mc were just awesome.

Im pretty invested in the characters, which is the saving grace of this show so far. Chief's confused face pretty much sums up how I feel after every WTF moment.

I was starting to get skeptical of this 2nd season when I saw that Taylor Kitsch was cast...then I realized I was getting Taylor Kitsch and Taylor Lautner mixed up and felt a lot better.

Collin facking Ferrell. Really? I wish he'd just get run over by a big ass bus. Such a douche. Didn't he try to sucker punch Bieber?

Do many good actors and they choose him.

    SMDH.

Colin Farrell is a good choice for this kind of series.

Many people had the same view of Matthew Mcconaughey before this previous year.

Probably the same view many had of McConnahey.

Which is good. Can't go anywhere but up.

    I like Taylor too.

I don't mind Farrell. I thought he was good in:
    Seven Psychopaths
    The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus
    In Bruges
    SWAT
    The Recruit

It wouldn't be a stretch to see him doing a good job here.

Why is it that a lot of shows, different episodes are directed by different directors?

they get the best in the business, the most popular and in demand directors.

each director leaves their artistic fingerprint on the series, contributing to the aesthetic, and the franchise is better off in the long run attached to such big name talent.
