Sometimes I think Curb gets a little too silly for it's own good. I mean the cops arresting a guy for taking too many napkins. The restaurant owner not being able to tell a white bald guy from a black bald guy. Come on. But there were a ton of great sight gags and that final scene with Larry hanging off the girl's flab made it totally worth it.
This episode was a real stretch for me and reeked of lazy writing... the cop and the napkins? having to go to that story to come back around to the "all bald guys look alike" punch line from earlier? really? but the one thing I absolutely loved was the interaction between David and Seinfeld. I felt like if I closed my eyes I could just picture the exact conversation occurring between Costanza and Seinfeld at the coffee shop 15 years ago. My god... has it been that long????
since casttv no longer works anymore anyone got any new sites so i can watch previous seasons, thanks a lot
At the start of the ep Jerry says "What's real got to do with what we do?" I'm pretty sure that was a meta insight into this episode. It's comedy.
Larry feels that bald people are discriminated against. Remember bald a--hole? Remember george getting arrested because he is bald?
what do you mean it no longer works? its working fine. unless you mean the older episodes. google: free tv online info and the first site that comes up should work for you.
thanks for the help but you can still only get links to season 7 trying to catch up on past seasons show is freaking amazing
The Christian Conservative movement is really in an uproar over the pissing on Jesus inceident. It's hilarious to me how if you google "Larry Davis and religion", you will find nothing but foxnews and foxnation articles, as well as other sites that are conservative or Christian based. for instance, a nice mom of one of my friends says this on fb: I have a funny feeling she didn't see the episode, only read the article titled " Larry davis Blasted for Urinating on Jesus Photo" my response: LD is an equally opportunity Offender. we are talking about a guy who invited a sex ofender to a Passover Seder to get golf tips. A guy who prentended to be an Orthodox Jew so that his friend could get to the top of an organ donor list- only so Larry wouldn't have to give his own. A guy who describes himself as a self loathing Jew, who once took his Father In Law's Passion of The Christ Nail and used it to nail a mesuzah into his home to please his Jewish Father. get over it! a character on Seinfeld once converted to Judaism "for the jokes" that being said, the last two episodes have been very ho-hum to me. I hope it picks back up later in the season...
Exactly. Some of the stuff I used to love about the show was just him getting in trouble with Cheryl or how they played off each other. It was Larry just being Larry and not so much over the top, but more annoying. I have to admit though that the diner scene with Richard Lewis was classic.
LOL So funny this episode... I laughed so hard. Spoiler "I'm Larry David and I happen to wear women's panties!"
Wow. This season has catapulted this show into being my favorite comedy of all time. I can only hope the finale is as good as the last show.
