Yep, the one and the same ZBT (affectionately called Zeta Banker's and Trust by some people). I'm not sure if they've changed their policy, but when my brother was in college, ZBT was a pledging, Jewish, and hazing fraternity. My brother was a pledge whip. I know that it's no longer Jewish (no national fraternities/sororities that I know of are anymore, including the traditional ones like ZBT, Sammy, AEPhi, etc.), but I hadn't heard about the "no-pledging" thing.
