What asset they'll aquire? Covington will play two years here and likely bolt for a paycheck ala Ariza once he'll be 32. Capela in two years will be still under contract for two years and 27 years old.

I get the argument on a guy like Bridges, it's a fair point, but it's not like the guys we'll eventually get to replace Capela are exactly proven players, Len is certified trash, Kanter is Kanter, Theis looks like a solid player tbh, but still 6'8 and expiring in a year, Looney is always injured and not exactly proven either, he was solid with the Warriors although he wasn't a full time starter, but he also played next to Draymond, in the best defense in the league...i really don't know if he would've any impact in a team like the Rockets that plays completely different then the Warriors and has an ass defense.

 

People said the same thing when we traded our starting PG on a championship caliber team for Kyle Lowry, a relative unknown.

 

Shot better last season. Buy now while value is lower. 40% 3P last year in school so this season likely the outlier.
