Asik is a valuable asset anyways, Atlanta could still easily take him, then flip him for a nice package of young assets and picks

So, the Jazz went from a solid 4 and a solid 5, to Derrick Favors (developing nicely) and Enes Kanter (...developing). Dang. Trey Burke's team?
Wow, didn't see that coming. I like the move for the Hawks, although personally I would have signed a center and moved Horford to the 4. Wonder where Smith ends up now? Especially with the Anderson rumors?
I thought this out and I like it...safe and legit pf. ATL needs a SG/SF....s&t j.smoove for a sg/sf if I were the Hawks.
Wow! The Hawks got a great pickup. I wish we'd been able to sign him to a deal like that. Solid value.
How about Smith for Chandler and Hamilton? Or for Thorton? Or maybe Eric Gordon (if Anderson-Asik doesn't pan out)?
Wow. Would've loved Millsap in a Rockets uni for only $9mil a year. Absolute steal. But I guess this means goodbye to any JSmoove S&T possibilities... have yet to decide if I'm happy or sad about that.
Maybe Millsap will be their sixth man? I dunno, I hate to not be able to get J Smoove because of this.
People can interp this anyway... 1. Perhaps, the Hawks do want Asik, but might try to scalp the Rockets 2. If they do get Asik, Horford moves over to PF 3. They can build around : Teague, Lou Williams, Milsap, Horford, and Asik 4. Or all this Asik for Smith stuff is just pure media hogwash and the Hawks made these moves to build around Smooth: Teague, Williams, Smith, Milsap, and Horford. #4 just seems more likely...I really do think a lot of teams were just waiting on this Rockets signing
