    This seems to indicate that we have told the Hawks we will not be trading them Omer Asik.

    That's a good deal for the Hawks, IMO. Much better value than retaining Smith at his market rate.

    Actually it means they would love Asik since he is a rebounding center who can play alongside Milsap.

    I doubt they are going to trade for Asik to be an $8 million back up to Horford.

    Having a 3 deep big man rotation wouldn't be too bad. Horford can play PF or C - in essence you could always have two of them on the field at the same time and each one would average 32 minutes. Sounds pretty good to me!

    Bargain of a deal for Millsap compared to the other deals out there. I still don't know what they're trying to accomplish now.
