I watch 70+ games a year. I record a lot of games, and if I hear they lost, I usually can't bring myself to watch it.
Yeah this right here too. If I miss a game that my DVR recorded, but they lose, it is an immediate deletion haha.
That's not correct, at least in the international version of leauge pass. I can watch every game in this leauge at any time with great quality. Its just awesome and it takes me less than an hour to see a game ff the timeouts and free throw shots (or attempts in the horrible case of a Clippers game). If you're not seing other teams this year you're missing out, I think its the best season of the new milenium. Tons of great games and great teams. And the Rockets are with the best of them.
So far I have completely missed two. Maybe 3 or 4 more I missed in the evening and watched the next day on Ballstreams.
This. Thanks to Ballstreams and now ROOT I'm excited to get home from work to watch if I'm not at the game, but the West coast games I make it to halftime and then it's bedtime. 5am comes way too early. Those 2 years without seeing them were miserable. Watching updates on my phone drove me insane.
I have watched less games for three years, can't get them thanks to Uncle Les and the Comcast debacle.
I suppose the OP has a track record that I am unaware of. But even with that being said... If you are a Rockets fan and have access to watch all of their games, why would you not? Even missing a handful is excusable but 50/50? DD and Tinman will be at your door shortly, and recall your Rockets fan card. You are NOT true.
I find myself watching most games. I used to only watch the wins after the game was over and I never watched live because I valued my tv and feared my remote would someday spontaneously crash into it. But now I watch most of the live games we have played better this year than any Rockets team I have ever seen with our front court out for most of the season. It's an exciting time. Hopefully we make it out of the first round this year for my tv's sake.
He has transformed from a weird looking guy to a charming player. Amazing how he looks good when his team in top 3rd seed.
Definitely, yes. I mostly just catch up on highlights and boxscores, and occasionally watch on TV. Just a combination of other stuff I'm busy with, and interest waning after years of the Rockets not being televised.
I watch all the games, albeit they are 45 min behind, so that I can fast forward the commercials and commentary (Bull & Calvin are an exception).
I missed one west coast game, but I caught the replay the next day. How can you willingly miss out on Harden writing history?
An MVP winner like James Harden is a once in a decade event if you are lucky with your team. I watch every second of his MVP season, i.e., I will not miss my Houston Rockets this year no way no how. Jason Terry is just frosting on the cake ! Terrance Jones is the RSVP that finally showed up. Brewer and Josh are the party hosts. Kevin McHale is the entertainment.
MVP season from Harden and you choose to watch less games? Yeah bro, it's just you. I've also enjoyed watching DMo get better, the headband brigade, and now the return of TJ. Hopefully the glorious return of Dwight Howard outshines them all.
