  1. Yes. And I don't feel guilty about it either.

A while back I walked into Edwards Theatre eating a peanut butter sandwich.

The guy who was taking the tickets says to me, "You know you are not supposed to bring that in here. But it sure does look tasty so I guess you are ok."

I kept eating my sandwich and proceeded to see Superbad.

    1. go to the walmart that's surely nearby.
    2. buy all types of snacks and stuff them in your pockets
    3. THEN go movie hop!

I did do this a few times, but not lately.

And I've been in lines at the ticket machine where the people in front bought kid passes and got away with it, but for some reason I didn't go through with it.

Yes... I feel a LITTLE guilty... 'cuz I took my girls and wife with me... we make sure we're watching what we're doing so we don't get embarassed and get told: "Get out of here" in front of our daughters.

Last time we did this was when we saw three:
    Fantastic Four 2,
    Hairspray, and
    Transformers The Movie.

Once, we saw FOUR. I ain't kiddin', either.

Seriously, we try to do this with OLDER movies that were released a while back, not just-released. Obviously, the theater of the older movies is smaller and emptier than the newest one, and we DO buy more concession stand stuff to stay.

I don't know that you would all agree, but I am sure that the managers or employees see this, and thus, they think: "Oh, what the heck, they're consuming... let their *ss stay." :D

I've never snuck into a movie, but I bring my own snacks in all the time. I use my big purse when I go to the movies. A bag of chips, candy, bottle of water...I'm set. The AMC at Katy Mills lets you bring in outside food. I live on Mason Rd about a mile away from the Cinemark, so I usually go to that one. Gotta be a little sneaky.

My mom sneaks in whole home-popped bags of popcorn under her coat though. She's ridiculous.

I saw Scary Movie 2, Fast and the Furious, first half of Rush Hour 2 and The Princess Diaries, all in one night. Back in the day! We always see atleast 2, very rarely do we only see one unless the first one was really boring.

Man i think everyone now brings in food. Even if i pulled in 6 figures i seriously think i would sneak in a hot and spicy from McDonalds to the movies. I cant fathom paying the theatres for the stale hot dogs or overpriced popcorn and sodas.
Except if the ladyfriend wants one. Can't appear cheap to the ladies. :(

Oh also First Colony 24 was where It always went down.

I also made sure to find out the movie times before heading to the movies so i could coordinate it. When one ended i would stroll to the appropriate theatre for the next movie.

After I worked at AMC for two weeks, for the next two years I'd just walk past the ticket taker and just be like "Hey man I work here" and they wouldn't say anything.

The place was fighting such high turnover/apathy that no one ever bothered to stop me.

I movie hop and my ass pays for it.

I think they're putting more cameras for whatever reasons, but most of the workers don't really care unless it's a weekend night with the newer movies.

I went with a group to movie hop and some brought all kinds of outside snacks and it annoyed the hell outta me when they're shuffling in their pockets to find it and you can hear the wrapper make that noise. For some reason they always have to take like 30 minutes to do this.
