Yes. I see no reason why prostitution and certain drugs should not be legal. I am sure if Ron Paul had his way it would all be legal. I am as conservative as one can get pretty much, and I am all for legalizing prostitution and certain drugs.
I'm a Republican, and I support making almost every free transaction between consenting adults legal, but I don't support legalization of prostitution. If you could somehow separate the slavery and human trafficking element from prostitution, I'd support legalization. I don't think that's possible. In the Netherlands, prostitution is legal and common, and slavery and human trafficking is rampant. In Houston prostitution is illegal and common, and slavery and human trafficking is rampant. In one of the Norweigian countries, prostitution is legal, but being a pimp or madam is a 1st degree felony. I might support that, if it worked, but I don't know if it does or not.
I knew a guy very vaguely that went to Vegas a little while ago, and he got rejected by a stripper/prostitute. He went to this stripclub that had strippers that supposedly would "put out" if you paid them big. She said for 100 more she could give him a little more (referencing a blowjob). He kept paying her but got nothing in return. So yeah I know a guy who got rejected by a stripper/prostitute.
Socialist!...Commie!...wait no,...hmm, it feels like I should be yelling things at you but I'm not sure what exactly it is. Anyways, I voted yes because I believe in free enterprise and spreading the wealth. I am the embodiment of trickle down economics.
