When I was 6 years old I cried when I found out Vernon Maxwell left the team. My dad happened to work with one of his family members so my Dad had me write a letter to him, and he sent me back an album with a bunch of pictures and cards all autographed.
I was pretty pissed when the Rockets blew that big lead to the Kings. 1997, '98, '07 and '08 weren't the only times we lost to the Jazz. The first round series in 1985 when Hakeem was a rookie we had a good lead in the 4th quarter at home, but like our current team free throws were a problem and ended up caughing up the lead to Stockton, Billy Paultz and the Jazz. I suppose the only funny thing about that game was Hakeem sucker punching the Whooper. Lol Still a pisser though.
In the 09 playoffs when Yao was hurt and taken into the tunnel where he started stretching out against the wall, that made me almost tear up.
I have never cried but, 22 Streak coming to a end versus a blow out to Boston 09 Playoffs losing to the Lakers, God I never liked the Lakers after that damn match-up 07 Playoffs, Utah will forever be hated by me
I never cried but after years of playoff disappointments during the Yao/Tmac era, the loss to the Jazz in '07 when we were so close sure had me thinking about it for days. And not in a good way.
This was pretty sad. Didn't cry till I went to his restaurant and found out how un-chinese the food was
I cried when t Mac cried. I cried when the jazz beat us 2 years in a row. I cried when Yao retired. I cried when I came to the realization we were going to have the 14th overall pick for the second straight year.
