Have any of you had a girlfriend cheat on you with your best friend?

I dated a girl who ended up cheating on me with a guy she met at a party with me. The guy also was on my tennis team in H/S.

I'm not innocent though. When I was a senior I was talking to a girl and learned she was trying to play me so at a party I tried to pull a 3way with her and her best friend... She got mad and stormed out of the room so I just continued with her friend.

 

Like a boss.

 

Not really, her friend was a skeeze haha.

I had a good friend start dating a girlfriend that I just broke up with after a 4 year relationship. We were still living together and hadn't even figure out the moving logistics yet. Kinda jacked up and we aren't friends anymore, but it worked out in the end. They have been married for 15 years so I'm sure it was worth it from his perspective.

 

Wait a few more years and date their 18 year old daughter (assuming they have one).

There was a lot of sleeping around with girls that friends were "dating" (didn't really think of it that way), and I certainly did my share. Just a different mindset during the late 1960's and even the early '70's. Often, sex was sex, and deep relationships were something else entirely. Chicks viewed having sex much like guys typically do. If they felt like it, they simply did it, no guilt involved. At least in the sub-culture I was in. My friends and I, male and female, had one hell of a lot of fun. A pity it didn't last, but not surprising.

 

It's not cheating if you're broken up, but still a major bro code violation. I hope the p is worth losing a friend.

The hard part is keeping it a secret. No need to lose any friends if both parties can keep it a secret.

 

If she cheats on you with your best friend then it's wrong on all levels and both parties. If you're broken up for years and you've moved on then there should be no issue...

Except of course living with the fact that you're feeding on your buddy's sloppy seconds.

 

Ha ha! No, my point was that girls had sex with the same lack of restraint that guys typically have, and for the same reason... having sex for the sake of having sex, with no relationship expected.

 

Did you guys ever have anything during your friend and hers relationship? Were you guys "just friends" for the three years after the breakup or did something start up after those 3?

 

And no rubbers. Life must have been great.

 

Definitely, some friends if you have known them since you were little are cool.

But, if you meet them later on in life, the true colors will shine through eventually. I had a couple "friends", one tried to f**k my brother's girl when she was wasted (basically sweet talked her, but we caught on quick). Another got caught riding around on a stolen motorcycle and tried to pin it on me. Trust me, don't go out places looking to make "friends", now I'm not saying don't be social and all that just don't make "friends" your first priority.
